Only Serious Inquiries - I’m looking for a roommate for my 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse, which is brand new construction. $2000 per month, utilities included. I can work with you on the length of the lease. Can be furnished or unfurnished for $2000. Only I live here.

The move-in date is February 2nd. FLL International Airport is one mile away. 5 miles to I-95 and the Turnpike.

Preferably someone who travels the majority of the time, such as a business professional or student, as I am here at home the majority of the time as I work from home. I’m in my mid-30s, prefer someone who is the same; I keep to myself most of the time. No smoking (even weed).

Potential candidates will need to show me they have income for the last 3 months, and first, last month’s rent will be required. No pets.

There is a driveway for you to park in.

Manager at large consulting firm, Masters student, Male, 35, work from home. Keep to myself in my room for the most part. I am the homeowner.
