The rent is originally $1330 so that would be $665 each plus (electricity and internet). Feel free to make an offer, things aren’t always perfect.
About the roomies
I live alone in this apartment for the time being, and I lived here for several months now. My work is just across the street so I’m always around the apartment during work hours. I like to cook, watch TV, play video games(PS), play volleyball and soccer, and be out in the outdoors. I’m definitely a night owl and usually have late dinner.
