This listing is for a private bedroom furnished with a full size bed, dresser, nightstand and bookcase, and a large closet (6’7“ W x 2’ D x 7’6“ H). The bathroom is spacious with a shower/soaker tub combo. There is in-unit washer/dryer, kitchen with everything you need for cooking, a fully furnished living room, and a cozy, spacious patio. The building has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a small gym. It is super convenient to the 405, LAX, 5 min from Ralph’s and Amazon Fresh, CVS, many restaurants, and the Culver City Westfield Mall, and 15 minutes from the beach. Bi-weekly cleaning included. **A note about the photos… these were taken when I was looking for a pet-sitter, so you will notice my dog and some other pet supplies. I am in the process of de-petting and de-personalizing the space, and will post new photos when I am done with that. Perspective Tenants must fill out an application on Turbo Tenant and there is a non-refundable fee of $55.

I am an established, 51 year old female video editor. I have semi-moved back to IL to take care of my 89 year old mother. I am not sure how long I will be in IL, but I suspect it will be for all of 2023, however, because it is a fluid situation, I could end up back at the condo in Los Angeles at some point, or just for a weekend. I work from home if I am there for an extended period. I also have a cat and a dog, so I am not allowing any additional pets, and no children. While I am away, which will be most, if not all, of the time, you will have the condo to yourself. I am looking for a quiet, professional. You must read and abide by HOA rules and regulations and be respectful of neighbors.
