About the room
I have a room for rent in a small house. rent is 800 per person. the bathroom is shared and is pretty small, so please bear that in mind. Cats welcome. The house has detached garage as well as a large driveway for at least two vehicles. If you have a bike or camping gear you can keep it in the garage. LGBTQ plus friendly. It would be great if you are also gay or LGBTQ-friendly. I am a teacher and temp. I am looking for a female roommate right now only. Please do not message if you did not read my description and do not fit some of the criteria.
The dining room is a bit small and to the left of the building. I only use it for breakfast or entertaining guests sometimes. The utilities usually come to about 20 to 30 per month but can be a lot higher during winter time.
About the roomies
I am a visual and performing artist. I am from Maryland originally but went to school out of state. I enjoy indie films, exercise (sometimes), and other fun things.
