About the room/place: 2 Story TownHome: 2 bedrooms 1.5 Bathrooms (Master Bathroom upstairs/Small Bathroom downstairs) -For some reason I cant add more photos here, if you provide me your email, I will send actual photos of the place to you -I have a dog, a Siberian Husky, he is people friendly. Well behaved, (I would only ask if could help me walk him once in a blue moon, very rarely though), I will always clean anything he may dirty, I would never expect you to -I have multiple jobs, and I do office work, I have a desk I would need not be touched as I would have to bring it outside of the room you will be occupying, and into the dining room/den downstairs -It only says unfurnished because you would need a bed and dresser for your room, everything else essential outside of the room is here: Furniture/Appliances Electricity/Water/Internet Patio AC (Cold&Heat) Parking (must park in visitor spot) Complex Laundry Pool/Gym/Maintenance -Lease ends in August

About me: I am Puerto Rican. I am bilingual (English/Spanish). Im a pretty private person, I protect my home space a lot. I place tremendous importance on mutual respect in any kind of teamwork situation or agreement. I work alot, Im working almost every day, constantly multitasking. The most important part for me is for whoever occupies the room to be responsible with their financial commitment and their stay, and their respect for the home space, and consideration with cleanliness. Everything else is absolutely workable.Only I live here, I work alot, I travel alot. I will leave my dog at a dog-boarding care place, you dont need to worry about him while Im out of town. You could care for him if youd like to though, as he is people friendly, completely up to you, definitely dont have to
