I am renting out a fully furnished 2nd story room in St. Louis County, MO $590 which includes utilities. Off street parking and after exiting your vehicle you’ll enter home thru enclosed back porch. Single individuals only-no couples. No shoes worn in home (house-slippers okay) Chair next to door to take off shoes. Driveway has gate with ample room for your vehicle. Your upstairs room next to a half bath , full bath floor level. Room is Fully furnished with King size bed, mattress cover and fitted sheet. Need be I have an extra quilt. Three level shelf & 3 drawers inside wall and also 2 chester drawers for clothes. Plenty of room for your clothes.. Closet in room and if needed half of walk in closet in hallway which also has shelves for your belongings. .Amenities include wifi, shared kitchen, and laundry in basement. Near the airport. - Seeking clean, quiet and calm renter. Daytime work shift required. Month to month basis so youre not locked in to a term. No smoking or vaping indoors, and no drugs.. Also have free weights in basement 2lb, 20. 30 and 50lbs - along with a weight bench and a pull-up bar In the kitchen door frame, also have crunch machine :)

Across hall lives another renter, 63yr old elderly man who is calm and peaceful. I have my bedroom floor level. I am a 58yr old male, wife lives out of area. I have a 15yr old dog sheep dog lab mix who rarely barks and loves to be petted.
