• Shared parking with 1 car garage and driveway available (2 spots). Guest parking requires a pass and use of designated lots

• Room located on opposite side of the condo from roommate’s room
• Private, decorated bath that has a hall door available for guest use (but can be kept locked typically)
• Bath includes tub+shower combo
• Bedroom is unfurnished
• Blackout curtains and rod included with space
