1 bedroom with closet available with bathroom. Kitchen and dining area available and living room. Must be responsible and good with 3 year old yorkie. He’s hypoallergenic and loves people once he gets comfortable with you. The water, trash, gym, and pool are included in the rent. It may vary from month to month on the water usage but only by a few $. The electricity is separate and will be divided equally.

Only myself and my dog. I don’t bother and have gatherings from time to time but you will be notified beforehand. Looking for someone responsible and clean.
