Hi! My name is Joe. I’m 28 and I’m the homeowner. I’ve lived in New Orleans for about 20 years, and moved to the Bywater a few years ago. I’m friendly, easy-going, and pretty tidy. I love music, art, photography, computer stuff, gardening, woodworking, etc. Looking forward to getting to know you, but I’m also good at minding my business. Open to all kinds of roomies. Hi, I’m 26 years old, a school teacher (special education), and I’m a painter who needs to paint more. I’m very friendly and like to talk a lot. As you can see, we all have a lot of potted and hydroponic plants in the house. I do work early hours(I have to be at work, across the city, at 7 every morning, so it would be awesome if the TV volume was low enough to where it couldn’t be heard through the wall we share after 10 pm on weekdays. I have two very sweet cats, each with their own loving personalities. One of them is getting older and is a bit of an endearing kurmudgeon. The litter box is kept in my room so you don’t have to be around it :). Would appreciate any future roommates if they regularly perform upkeep(wiping down surfaces, toilet, in the bathroom we share; we both contribute to toilet paper and as regularly as we can run a sponge on the bathtub walls and tiles) and someone who pulls their weight in dishes, and tries to have only a fourth of one side fun at the most would be amazing!
