2 bed/1 bath apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac street. 5 min away from downtown and about 15-20 min away from Beverly Hills. There are 2 bathroom vanities/sink areas - one inside bathroom, the other right outside the bathroom, so we’d each have our own space. Secured tandem parking is available. Laundry in the building & never an issue getting a washer/dryer to use. It’s a top floor apartment with amazing views of DTLA, large windows in the room and living room. No pets (I have a cat & thats 1 max pet/unit - sorry!), no couples, must have gainful employment, Month to month roommate agreement but would love to have a long term commitment for a roommate if we are a good match :) Strict no overnight guests/not a hangout type of apartment since it’s on the smaller side & bathroom is shared. Roommate agreement will be provided & signed by both parties prior to collecting security deposit.

I’m in my mid 30’s & work full time in the medical field. When I’m not working I’m usually relaxing at home or out with friends. My cat usually just in my room & is very quiet. - but also very cuddly/sweet. My last roommate forgot she was even here, lol. I’d love to live with someone who treats their home as a calm & relaxing space, enjoys peace from the outside world and likes to keep the space clean. Overnight guests aren’t permitted. I’m clean, quiet & respectful of privacy but also happy to have open/good conversation and/or share a meal or drink.
