Angelo's room

Currently looking for a roommate. I took over the property once my mom died back in November 2021. It was her house and is still set up somewhat in her style. The room you would be occupying is my current room which is the largest bedroom in the house and I would be moving into my mother’s room. The house has central air, gas stove, wifi, washer and dryer (in basement), 1 bathroom, shared living room, kitchen and a long drive way to park if you have a vehicle. Renter will have key to the house. Must be polite and respectful to all tenants. Must be able to clean up after themselves. Rent is negotiable but no lowball offers.

I’m Angelo. The current owner of the house. I work for the higher education system as an academic advisor. I also work on the side as an emcee/hypeman and DoorDash. I have one roommate who is Sylvester. We recent met while working together over the summer as he is a student at the local community college and also works.
