Private master suite for rent in a 2 bedroom apartment in Promenade Rio Vista in Mission Valley. The bedroom has a large private bathroom with tub, walk in closet, and private balcony. The complex offers many amenities including garage parking, multiple pools and hot tubs, gym, amazon hub, and game rooms. The price includes utilities and wifi (except electricity goes up in the summer when AC is necessary.) We love the complex and want to renew our lease, but our current roommates are moving out.

I am Kiera and live with my boyfriend, Landon, and we also have a friendly older cat who mostly keeps to himself (litter box in our room.) We are clean and respectful young professionals under 30 looking for someone similar. FYI we spend a lot of time at home.
