Looking for someone to take over my lease at a 3 bedroom 1 bath duplex. Extremely close to OSU’s campus, easy walk. Food and groceries close. Items shown in pictures are for scale, room will be empty upon move-in. Lots of windows, gets sunlight all day. Carpeted bedrooms, hardwood the rest of the floor. Washer/dryer in unit. The place is a duplex, there is one person staying at the place who is an OSU student in his 2nd year. The 2nd floor of the house is another apartment of OSU students.
