-Good kitchen area with marble countertops, new dishwasher and gas stoves
-In unit washer and dryer
-Personal parking garage spot available for extra fee (Ask the landlord company, I am not familiar)
-Red Line Stop located 12 min. walk away as well as near Chinatown and White Sox Stadium!
-Internet is already included but other utilities might need to be transferred. Total cost of utilities = ~$140 during December
