Nicholas's room

Historic Dawsonville is a very cute area. There are restaurants, a grocery store, and a public park all within walking distance. The newer Dawsonville is a relaxing 15 minute drive away for places like NoFo brewery, Taco Mac, The Outlets, and more. The house is a 3bd 2 ba. It’s in a quieter neighborhood. It has a shared bathroom upstairs with 2 rooms, and it has a master with a master bath downstairs. It has modern laundry machines and everything is electric including the stove tops. The back patio has a lot of tree coverage in summer and the other yards are fenced in so it’s relatively private.

The house is generally pretty quiet since my roommate 30f and I 26m both work. We’re both respectful and caring people. We aren’t super strict people, but we would ask that the shared living spaces remain fairly clean and organized. I graduated from UNG and am working on certifications for future work. We both work nearby. We’re chill people who mainly stay in our rooms when home, but the living room is always free to be in. Sometimes we’ll chill and watch a movie there or just hang out. Pets are welcome, there’s a dog named Tucker here now who is a very sweet boy. He’s lived with 4 other dogs and 2 cats at one point so he gets along with other animals and people fine. This is a chill space with two accepting people who’d love to welcome someone else into the place they’ve called home for a couple years.
