The room is in the first level of my townhouse. You will have a full bathroom as well.

The neighborhood is fantastic: walking trails, tennis courts, park, basketball courts, etc.

My friends would describe me as the logical, reasonable one. I enjoy being outdoors with my little one and on the weekends you can find us out in the world on adventures.

I work in the finance field and I work remotely 85% of the time. A quiet household for me between is important. My little one’s bedtime is 7:30 and I’m normally in bed by about 11:00. Against my will we are normally up around 7:00am.

A clean house is very important to my child and I. I’m working on teaching them to be neat and tidy, I would want that in a roommate also, someone that cares for my home as it is their own.

Smoking of any kind is a deal breaker for me. I have a small dog, she’s an old lady (16) and weighs about 10 pounds.

Move in could be immediate assuming we meet and agree on all terms.
