The property is like a mini oasis with tropical plants and and outdoor bbqs lining the property. Amenities including a hot tub, gym, dog park, putting green, washer and dryers, parking spot and more. The price listed above does not include the utilities and internet. This is a locked in rate as I’ve lived here for 3 years. Current price for this layout is $3265. The room would include your own bathroom and parking spot. The kitchen/living/dining room and balcony are shared spaces. The apartment building is wonderful and like a community with some tenants staying in the building for as long as 40 years.

On the search for a roommate. I’ve been at this residence for three years and absolutely love it! My hobbies include, kayaking, paddle boarding, snowboarding and tending to my plants and my pup! He is a small/ medium sized service animal. My current roommate has decided to start travel nursing. I’m looking for someone who will have no issues paying for rent on time, someone cleanly and doesn’t stay up all night, everynight.
