Furn., sunny, main-floor bedroom, wood floors, black-out drapes for sleeping in. Share bath with one woman. Two closets, plus room in brick shed for your bike, skiis, luggage. New washer, dryer in main-floor laundry. Kitchen already set up with pots, pans, etc. Park directly in front of the house. We are in Old Town, near the coffee shops, pubs, library. Walk 10 min. to RTD bus stop to Boulder. City park at the end of our street.
About the roomies
Owner (college prof and writer) lives in house with her two Maine Coon cats. The other housemate is studying cyber security and works part-time in Denver.
