About the room
The home is humble but clean and happy. I am a full-time single parent of a 10 year old and I work 50 hours a week. We have 2 very friendly cats. I am keeping us above water but I feel a peaceful roomate who can help with a chunk of the expenses would be great and the bonus of another friend sounds nice also. We are very quiet, clean, and peaceful people and looking for the same. I enjoy gardening, reading, watching movies. I prefer a female age 50+ as we will more likely to be on the same energy frequency. We have fantastic neighbors who have always looked out for us. It is a lower income neighborhood but the street we live on is very friendly and supportive. We have a driveway big enough for 2 cars, nice size front and back yard, internet & cable TV, and tile/wood floors throughout the home.
