Private room located in a house in a quiet neighborhood, close to a Mira Mesa plaza, with ample parking and 1 roommate.

Lease details:

• Month-to-month lease option available.
• Renters insurance, background check, and credit check are required before approval.
• Room can optionally be furnished, but if you want to swap out your furniture, that is okay, too.

• No pets or parties.
• Shoes must be off in shared common areas.
• Since you will be renting the room only, guest visitation will be limited and approved beforehand.

You will share the house with myself and a small dog in February (I’m watching a friend’s dog). I’m 26, a Product Designer in tech, and usually work from home, 8-5pm. On the weekends, I enjoy outdoor activities and exploring San Diego with friends. I’m clean, quiet, considerate, and respectful as a roommate!
