The room is unfurnished and available currently. features hardwood floors, a closet with a shelf and two hanging bars, and a large window with insulated semi sheer blinds. Rent is $825 per month, $500 deposit and utilities are split among roommates. The home has central heat and air conditioning, a living room with a wood stove and flat screen Smart TV, We have a fully furnished common area with a kitchen stocked with all necessary appliances This is not a loud party house. This is a month-to-month Agreement but I’m looking for long-term tenants.

My name is Trevor, I recently moved to the area from Hawaii. I’m a 39 year-old male who gets along well with just about anyone who is a kind and decent person. I enjoy all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. If I’m not working, hiking, biking, or in the mountains, you’ll probably find me in my wood shop or working on a classic car. I do enjoy the occasional game night or BBQ with a small, respectful group of friends. However, I also value quiet time and personal space. I am respectful, clean, communicative, and pretty easy to get along with.

My name’s Maddie and I’ve been renting from this lovely home since February 2023. I’m a 29 y.o. female who works steady hours M-F for Clark County Mosquito Control District. When I’m not out killing mosquitoes, I’m usually playing bass/guitar, painting/drawing/art-ing, cooking some good foods, working on my car, or watching some offbeat show. I’m a huge bio nerd and lover of nature/the great outdoors (PNW cliche, I know). I have a particular fondness for birds+fungi/moss/lichen. I enjoy communal time (family dinners, game/movie nights, etc.), but will take some necessary solo recharge time.
