Have great neighbors has a parking space. Are literally next to the bus station for students. The room is partially furnished with a desk and a wardrobe room. Big bedroom The bathroom is the main bathroom but it will be primarily used by the tenant it has a bathtub. Spacious And has really good storage in the basement.

About the roomies

It is just me living in the property right now but I’m looking for a roommate I have two precious kitties they are on the older side so for that reason I prefer a roommate that does not have pets. I am a pretty chill roommate I like to keep a tiny house. I work in Cedar Rapids and commute back to Iowa city.
