Hi! My name is Heather. I’m former kindergarten teacher and live in a beautiful, gated community, centrally located, close to the freeway, Camp Pendleton and hospitals. There is a bike path right behind the house that goes to the beach and stores and restaurants right across the street.

ROOM AVAILABLE- starting Jan.1 When I decided to rent out rooms in my house, I was expecting activity. The funny thing is that the roommates are all so private, that I sometimes go for an entire week without seeing anyone- not even in the kitchen! I’m actually a bit more socially inclined to anyone looking for support, or someone to talk to, but either way is fine! Right now It’s truly like having your own house. There is a community pool, barbecue area and a basketball court that gets some pretty competitive games going. The community is very safe and family oriented and several police officers live in the neighborhood, so there’s not a lot to worry about. I try to keep my house at the highest possible level in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I’m looking for top shelf tenants who don’t want problems. I have tons of room for storage inside and in the garage. Please contact me if you are interested. Room is available January 1.

The other roommates, Dee and Jonathan are very private. As I mentioned, I hardly ever see them. Dee works a lot and Jonathan works at home, but rarely leaves his room unless he’s leaving! Nobody uses the kitchen much either. 🤷‍♀️
