Hi, I’m looking for someone to rent out this 2-bedroom apartment with my roommate. It will be a lease takeover.
The apartment: – In-unit Washer & Dryer – Updated gym, pool, hot tub, and lounge rooms – Your own private bathroom – Short walking distance to Safeway, CVS, Westfield Valley Fair mall, the post office, and more – Within the gated community in the middle of Santana Row – Very quiet inside – Beside many restaurants, shops, & boutiques with resident discounts. – Regularly cleaned including sidewalks and driveways – Feels safe walking around during late hours
Loved the apartment itself and walking around in the community. Had the kitchen & living room to myself a lot of the time but also talked with the roommate when they were around. Had a view of the fountain, swimming pool, and distant mountains. The room will be unfurnished. Moving because this place was not a good culture fit for me.
Rent is: $1958 + $80-110 (electric+utilities+service)
About the roomies
The you: – Clean and responsible. – It’d be cool if you have things in common but not required. – Ready to move in February.
