Female only please!! Hi there! My gf and I are renting a room available Jan 16th with your own bathroom in a 4 br house in Seminole heights right off interstate 275. The house is furnished but the room is not. Newly remodeled interior with new appliances. We are located 15 min from the airport, 12 min from downtown tampa, and 15 min to USF. We are located in an up and coming neighborhood with a lot new bars, breweries, and restaurants. Publix and Walmart are 5 min away and Winn Dixie is 7 min away. Saint Petersburg/Clearwater beach is about 45 min away. Great location!!

We both work full time and would like a roommate who has a similar busy schedule. We pride ourselves on being very clean, quiet, and respectful. We love the outdoors and traveling so we’re not home often except to cook and relax. Our home is our resting place so no parties. Maybe a few guests occasionally. We tend to keep to ourselves to unwind and would get along better with someone who also enjoyed their alone time :) We have a sweet dog named Callie who pretty much keeps to herself in the living room.
