*Summer only rooms available Hi everyone! My 3 roommates and I are looking for a 2 roommates for the summer. Available starting mid May- End of August. We have one private room available and one shared room. Month to month lease. 4bd 3bath house 2,354 sq. ft. - 1.2 miles away from campus (5 min drive). The private room is $1200. It has a shared bathroom with one other person. There is a walk in closet and currently unfurnished but we do have an extra bed that you could use. The shared room (2 people) is $950 each. Utilities included. The shared room is the only room upstairs and has 2 closets, a master bathroom. Room includes bed & desk. Price of rent deposit. About the house: the house has a 3 car driveway and street parking with a permit that will be provided. It’s is gated and there is a security system installed. There also is a garden, jacuzzi, fire pit, front patio area, backyard, washer/dryer, garage and storage for sports equipment/ beach supplies.
