About the room
Looking for a roommate for a 3bed 2bath 1800 sq ft house in Mary Esther.
Just 3 miles west of Hurlburt Field front gate! Rent is $750 plus $100 for utilities, totaling $850 per month. All utilities include high-speed internet, water, electric, waste service.
Lease is month-to-month for first 3 months, with option for 6 month lease renewal after that. Only accepting single applicants at this time.
The room is 15ft x 12ft (fairly large) and comes with your own bathroom. (See pictures attached)
About the roomies
Currently it is my husband and I living here in the master bedroom. We are clean, mainly stay to ourselves, and have lived with rommates before so we will respect your space. Roommate also has access to common areas such as the kitchen, laundry room, living room as well as the backyard. All we really ask is that you keep those areas clean. Smoking and drugs are not allowed in the home. We do have a cat who is very sweet, but he does not do well with other animals in the home so we would prefer an applicant without pets.
