Spacious 2-level home in a new and quiet Milliken neighborhood - fairly centrally located between Greeley, Ft. Collins, Loveland, and Longmont.

The main floor is open concept with a fully stocked kitchen, living area, and easy access to the garage (available for storage) and backyard (with composite deck great for the warmer months).

The 2nd level is where the master and your private bedroom and lounge room will be, along with your private bathroom, and easy access to the full-size washer and dryer.

Your private rooms consist of one bedroom with a closet and a lounge room across the hall with a futon, desk, and TV.

The basement has a gym area with yoga mats and blocks, a weight set, an exercise bike, TV for streaming workouts (along with a PS4).

I work from home full-time, but my office is in an outbuilding and will be able to give you as much peace and quiet as you need - especially if you need to sleep during the day when you have night shifts.

I have two senior husky mixes that spend 95% of their lives sleeping on the couch in the living room and won’t bother you, but are always game for treats and attention.

I’m a 34-year-old IT professional who works from home with my two senior husky pups (12 &14).

When I’m not at home reading or cooking, I’m out hiking, running, camping, etc.
