Property is a half acre Ranch style home. Home is 1600sqft . Quiet neighborhood in the West side of Lancaster. Cross L and W 45th. Available room is the master bedroom with spacious closet. Ac and heater in the room and throughout the home. Bathroom is shared. You’ll have full access to the home with laundry room privileges. I’d like anyone living there to always feel at home and not a guest.
About the roomies
I am a 38yr old male. I have 2 young daughters who are with me weekends. Because I have daughters a female is preferred. I work Monday- Friday. I’m out the door early and home late. I’m rarely home so you might feel like you live alone.
A small dog only. No cats I’m allergic. Must be clean , friendly with kids and other dogs. Background check paid by potential tenant. If you have any questions about me or the property feel free to ask.
