Home in highly sought after neighbourhood communities in Sammamish. Its a 3 Bed/3bath home. We are looking to have roomie for one of the room. Room is on first floor with carpet floor. Includes a bed, bed side lamp, fan, clothes closet, attached bath. Entry to home is common. House has central heating and a/c. No cooking allowed in the room. No pets.

This is our first home. This is our home that we are looking to rent out a room. We are a young couple (male & female) in late 40s. We have a own private bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. We are hoping to find someone who is quiet, clean, mature, stable, responsible, respectful, no smoking/drinking/drugs/partying, no pets or drama, and perhaps you could be the one.
