I do have a friendly dog in the home so a dog lover is a must however she’s not friendly with other dogs so no other dogs allowed. All utilities included. LGBTQ Friendly. Not 420 friendly within the house unfortunately, however I have no problem with what you do away from the property. Preferably no couples. Laundry room is shared with the complex. Parking is shared with the complex. Walking distance from a Safeway.
