East Genesee Street

This apartment building, Theory, comes with an indoor and outdoor fitness area, hot tub, courtyards with a fire pit and TV, suanas, study rooms and a game room. The apartment is fully furnished and includes a washer and dryer. My apartment has all the kitchen supplies that are necessary. The apartment building is located about 15 minutes away from Syracuse University when walking. There are several places to eat right next to the building, as well as a liquor and convenience store. The downtown area is also a short walk from the building.

There are three female Syracuse college students living here as well. They are very friendly and kind, but also clean and quiet.
