Esperanza's room

Hi there, we live in Arlington tx, 15 mins from UTA. It’s a beautiful 3 bed two bath with 1234 sq ft. Current residents are (F19, M18). We have a single cat and would prefer no pets but a cat is debatable. The price is an estimate for per person per month. The apartment has a pool, gym, and parking ALL ON SITE! Gated community and pretty park, we live on the third floor and don’t have an elevator sadly🤧 Nearby are some grocery stores, retail stores, and the mall is 10 mins away , give or take!

So, there are two of us, Me (Espe)and Lukas ! We are all very dependable with good jobs and finances. We’re not big partiers, but once in a while we will throw a kickback! We do uphold a certain level of cleanliness that would be encouraged to follow through! We’ve had some difficulties with past roomates so we would want to get to know you first before moving forward. You would be able to be put on the pre existing lease , and your part of the expenses are yours to handle. Rent, utilities, and shared living cost should be like 700$ a month per person give or take . We’re pretty cool 😅😅( at least I think so👌) and we want to find a roomate as cool as us!
