You’ll have the room and access to the whole house besides other bedrooms, there is a bonus space outside of the room that you could use as a bonus living room

My roommate and I are looking for another roommate to bring into the room our other roommate is moving out of in February. I have two dogs and a cat which puts us at our pet limit. No pets or Children, I have a 6 year old niece who comes over a lot. My roommate and I are very quiet and are total home bodies! If you’d like to know more just ask! 😀
