Monica's room

I live in J-town off Blakenbaker road. I have two small dogs that will be in my room when I am not there but do run around the house. The bedroom has its own full bathroom and walk-in closet. I do not allow any type of smoking at all, not even outside. Must be a non-smoker. All utilities are included (not food) but does include cable, internet, electricity, and water. A washer and dryer are also in the unit along with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. The complex has a dog park, pool, tennis court, and fitness room. This is a business community with no partying types. I have had spinal surgery and am now retired and looking for a roommate to help with bills could be long-term if works out. I am pretty much a hermit and keep to myself. Food is not included in the rent. You must clean up after yourself and provide your own groceries. I keep a tidy clean home and expect my roommate to be the same. A background check is a must. Rent will be paid via Venmo, Paypal, Cash App, Zelle, or cash. No paper checks or money orders. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, past the 5th Tennant will be removed from the premise. The bedroom and walk-in closet will be cleaned out once I have a roommate (and figure out where to put that stuff, lol) The bathroom and bedroom are 100% personal space for my future roommate

This is a business community and has cameras. No parties or loud neighbors allowed. Permit parking but there are tons of visitor parking spots.
