One rooms available in Walking distance to the water and Paia town. Walking distance to public park. Very quite neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Cute and well landscaped. Tasty Limes off tree in backyard. Shared Washer and dryer. Street and driveway parking. One room available Aug 1. Private unattached bathroom. There is a guest room available for short term visitors. This is a long term living situation. If you have plans to leave island- this is not the place for you. If you are not currently on island or dont have a flight booked and job lined up - this is not the place for you. Background check/proof of income required per request.

One male and one female (couple). We share master bedroom and one of the two bedrooms is open. The third bedroom will not be occupied long term and is open for short term guests only. (3 tenants total with extra bedroom) No weekday partys. Occasional night out on weekend. Active in agriculture, engineering, surfing and paddling. Keep common space clean and comfortable.
