The room also has a backyard access door but prefer to keep it not used just so people aren’t always coming and going. $1000 plus utilities. Utilities are split by 4 and includes wi-fi, cable in your room, A/C, gas, water, trash, laundry, etc. We have a Sparkletts water cooler you are welcome to use. Parking is on the street directly in front of the house. Within a mile to groceries, 405 freeway, restaurants, Bella Terra etc. We’re a family-oriented home so no overnight guests or frequent visitors please. We have a low-key, clean, happy home and love it that way. Perfect candidate would work most of the day and come home for some peace and quiet. Others in the house are the owner/wife and a 26 yo female roommate. We have two very adorable daughters aged 10 and 9. We also have a 6 month old red Doberman pup who’s trying to guard the house and is super sweet! Feel free to take him on walks if you want.
