Hi there! So the property is super close to a shopping center with target and close to the premium outlets! You’ll have your own bed & bathroom. The bed in the room can stay or go; I have no need for it tbh. The 75$ deposit would be for the application to be added to the lease(which ends January 2024). The apartment complex has a pool, clubhouse and gym.
