Washington Street

My roommate is leaving by the end of our lease and I just moved in recently so I’m looking for someone to renew the lease with by March 1st for a year. A little bit more about the apartment and the room : • HUGE 2bd/1br on Washington St and 10th. • Lease increased to 3400$ for the apartment, electricity and wifi not included in the utilities (around 60$/month) • The room does not come furnished but my roommate leaving would be okay to sell his bed and desk if needed. • Ideal space to work from home, as the bedroom can easily fit a desk and king size bed with room to spare. • Lots of closet space with one large closet in the room and plenty more storage around the apartment. • Washing machine and dryer in the basement • 2 minute walk from 126 bus to port authority, 15 minute walk to path and Hoboken terminal, 10 minute walk downtown and 2 blocks away from the water. • Unfortunately dogs and cats are not allowed ☹

What I am looking for : a working-professional of similar age, someone who likes to keep common areas clean, quiet and respectful but also who would love to have movie nights, long discussions and meals together, we can also be cordial if you prefer 😊 If you have any questions about the apartment or me, I would be very happy to answer them! *Please note, you would need to fill an application with a recent credit score as well as most recent pay stubs and a few docs for landlord approval

More about me : mid-20s female, french, quiet, clean, enjoys going out but pretty much indoorsy and enjoy going to the gym/pool. I work in sales/brand management for a French company and I am remote 1 day/ week so I am fine if you WFH. I am having a few guests over sometimes such as my family or close friends from France, I hope you will be ok with that (they will be staying in my room of course), but other than that I won’t be bringing the party home.
