Dawn's room

This is a fully fenced house (3/2) - SHARED housing -1 available room to rent with a shared bathroom and upgraded kitchen. Keyless entry and exterior security cameras. The house/kitchen/bathroom are all fully furnished. (You are welcome to bring your own things, there’s plenty of room). There is currently 1 roommate that is out of town most of the time and currently renewed on a month to month lease.

The requirements and breakdown of the security deposit. First month $800 (or prorated depending what day of move in is), last month $800 and security $800.

I’m both outgoing and keep to myself. I’m laid back, very easy to get along with and talk to. Im open minded and nonjudgmental (and have no interest in drama nor tolerance of passing judgement) and fearlessly loyal and protective of those I care about. This is a comfortable, respectful and safe living space. I love to cook, I love music. I’m an artist among many other endeavors. All of which take place by phone, email or physical space of the garage and my room/office. I’m very respectful of others schedules. I keep a very clean home and expect roomies to do the same.
