Apartment includes on-sight laundry facilities and enclosed parking space as well as street parking. Central air conditioning and heater. Shared kitchen and living room. It’s an upstairs apartment, no elevator.

Looking for a considerate, responsible roommate to share my 2-bedroom apartment with. Proof of employment needed. Must provide ID/DL, social security card & 3 paystubs. I am a 29 year old female that works at a hospital near by. I have been living here happily for 3 plus years. I am chill, considerate and responsible. I have a son, who I mostly have on Saturdays, at most 1-2 times a week. He does not sleep over. As you can see in the photos his toys are in the living room for when he visits, but can be moved if you have things to put in living room.
