This property is located in the heart of Newport Beach right near the pier and one house behind the sand! Epic location. Steps from the beach, bars, restaurants and shops.

The house is fully furnished apart from the bedroom that you will be renting. (Which is pictured with a couch and a desk currently in there, but it will be gone as my roommate is moving out.)

Must have proof of income. Rent: $1900 Deposit: $2000

Street parking

6 month- 1 year lease with option to extend, just bare minimum 6 months.

A little about me, I am in my early 30’s, a busy professional working in the health tech industry and am rarely home. I’m super easy going, love kicking it at the beach, hiking, the gym, yoga and would definitely not mind it if my roommate ended up becoming a good friend. That’s how I met a good friend in college and it was awesome.🫶

🧼 I am VERY clean, so I am looking for someone who also is clean, responsible, and like-minded. No students or frat stars please. Sadly, those days are long in my past. I’m just looking to share a space with someone who is on a similar chapter of life as me at the moment.

Non- negotiables: I have a friendly, chill cat named “Earl”, so if you are allergic or cannot live with a cat/ don’t like animals, this apartment unfortunately is not for you. *Don’t worry, his litter is on the patio outside so no cat smells. Like I said, we keep it clean. No dogs unfortunately because Earl is not down with that.. but he could be down for another cat bestie.
