Includes a separate large bedroom (door has a lock, light-colored hardwood floors, freshly painted walls and ceiling, bright recessed lights, wall-mounted cabinets in a nook) with walk-out to your own fenced-in backyard, entrance to the foyer through the garage (with keypad lock), walk-in closet and your own full bathroom (with stand-up shower stall). Bedroom can be furnished or unfurnished. Street parking within sight. Washer/dryer on the 3rd floor. Walking distance to Kingstowne Towne Center: ALDI, Safeway, Giant Food, Walmart, Post office, Kingstowne 16 movie theater. 9 minute (3.9mi) drive to the Franconia-Springfield metro station, 1.8mi (4 min) to I-495 (S Van Dorn Street exit).

All Utilities included in $1100 monthly rent (Verizon FiOS Internet provided with strong Wi-Fi).

Deposit equaling one month’s rent and one-month notice to move out are required. Long term renters are preferred, but will consider a short term lease. No pets, no smoking, please.

A married couple, both are 47 y.o. who work full time with two children. The 7 y.o. child is at school and after school from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. over weekdays and half of the days during weekends. The 4 y. o is with his nanny full time at home. The nanny is living in the house.
