Private room in 3 bedroom apartment between Bellevue and Issaquah. The apartment includes a laundry area, full kitchen, living room, and a patio. The room is big enough for a queen bed with plenty of room. Room also includes a large window and walk in closet. Comes unfinished. The bathroom is shared with one other roommate. The apartment property includes a 24hr gym, package concierge, and pools for use during the summer. This location is especially close to many trails, and across the street from a large park.
About the roomies
I am looking for someone to take over my lease from mid January to August so I can move closer to Seattle. This is a LGBT household with three other female roommates, two cats, and a dog. The roommates are quiet, respectful, and clean. Everyone tends to keep to themselves, but is friendly.
Desk and extra closet shelving can be included if wanted.
Must make 3 times monthly rent
