RENTING A PRIVATE ROOM We live off of Ironwood and Southern in Apache Junction. It’s a private room with a shared bathroom. The bedroom has a walkin closet. It has dresser, Tv, nightstands, blinds but if you have your own furniture we will remove ours. It’s a 2 story home. All living areas are fair game nothing really off limits other than the garage. We charge $950 for rent and it includes all utilities including WiFi. Move-in ready and we prefer long term renters. No kids, no pets. If you have any more questions please don’t hesitate to ask. There is 3 females who live here we all work full time and have two dogs that are very friendly. We enjoy hiking, camping, drinking, and trying to have a good time in our 20’s!!
