Room for rent in a very clean 5 Bedroom house in Diamond Bar. Few minutes away from the 57, 10, 60 and 71 fwys. In a nice, clean and quiet neighborhood. The room is available for move in May 1st, 2023. Looking for males preferably since its only males living in the house. Room is furnished with almost never used fueniture. Send me a message with any questions. Access in the kitchen will ONLY be to microwave, blender, toaster and fridge. NOT TO COOK IN THE STOVE. Access to living room and dining room. Will be showing the room any time of the day the next couple of days.

We’re 3 males. Very clean and respectful. Ages between 24-29. Usually working all day so hardly ever home. We all respect each other and are very friendly.
