Tyler's room

I am having a room come available in a four bed, two bath house. The house is only three years old and comes fully furnished, excluding the bedroom pictured, including a washer/dryer. Fenced-in backyard w/ patio. The bathroom will be shared with my other roommate, and both individuals currently living in the house are in college at UT Tyler. The lease term will be through 8/31/23. We are both males in college and are 21 years old. We also both work on top of being full-time students. We each do our part to keep the place clean and are not the party type.
