South Birch Street

The room available is the master bedroom in a 2bd 2ba apartment on the first floor of the building. The room has its own private bathroom with full shower/tub, toilet, and sink. The room can either be furnished or unfurnished. There is a couch, twin size bed, end table, a large table (big enough for large TV), and a 42“ TV. I can remove the furniture if you have your own and choose to use that. There’s 2 pretty good sized closets with plenty of space for clothes or whatever you choose to use the space as. You will have full access to the kitchen and it’s amenities. Both of us are aware of what was bought by who so you don’t have to worry about your food items disappearing. The apartment building is located just off of Colorado Blvd and about a mile north of I-25 in Glendale. Light rail station isn’t that far away and there’s a bus stop right out on the corner if you need to utilize public transportation. Great restaurants and shopping all around the area and a King Soopers right down the street.

You will be sharing the apartment with my father (68) and myself (M-29). We’re pretty laid back individuals. My dad keeps to himself and just watches TV in his room. If I’m not working I’m usually just watching TV or playing video games in the front room. I’m not a big talker and tend to keep to myself. But if we vibe with each other and have similar interests I can be a good person to get along with. I like friends!
