Brandon's room

The property is a 4 bed, 3 bath two story 3000sqft house that I own. It Has a large fenced in back yard with a very large concrete patio, big deck and raised garden boxes. Also has a very private fire pit with lots of bonfire wood. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Has brand new laundry area in finished full basement as well. Weight bench/ without area in basement.
Rooms avalible are on second floor. Both have closets. And the large full private bathroom is also on second floor. Rooms come with bed and dressers already if wanted or needed.

Hi my name is Brandon. I’m 32 yrs old. I’m a maintenance supervisor and local business owner. It’s just me living in the house, other than my son 50%of time. He is the sweetest and most well behaved boy you will ever meet. We’re both very clean and tidy and mindful of others spaces. Also have a trained chocolate lab and a cat. We had 2 female engineering interns room last summer and it went veryyyyy well. Feel free to ask anything.
