This is a furnished bedroom available to rent immediately! We are looking for one individual to rent the room, and are open to professionals. It is in a quiet and comfortable home in a friendly neighborhood. The owners (and their friendly cat) live in the upstairs portion of the house and work from home most of the week.

Rent is $950 per month. Utilities are included. $300 deposit required, $40 application fee. Rent and deposit can be paid by check or online for a fee. Lease is minimum 6 months. No pets allowed. Renter’s insurance is required.

Spacious bedroom with a king bed in a shared basement. Downstairs includes full bathroom, living room, dining table, desk, partial kitchen, and washer/dryer. Shared use of the yard and patio with a grill. Additional access to upstairs kitchen, living room, second washer/dryer, and temperature controls for the house. There are entrances in the front and back of the house and you will be provided codes for keyless entry.

Located in quiet Southwest Denver. Enjoy easy access to downtown, metro area and the mountains! Convenient to get to Mile High stadium, Ball Arena, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and other local landmarks.

Hi, our names are Lauren and Seth. We moved to Denver in 2016, bought this house in 2020, and got married in 2021. Lauren is originally from Boulder, Colorado, and Seth is from Bozeman, Montana, where we met in 2012. We have a friendly calico cat, Jade, who will likely help welcome you and she loves to be petted. Our home is quiet, has good wifi, and is ideal for professionals. We are big Colorado Avalanche hockey fans, and enjoy traveling and getting outdoors. We hope you will enjoy sharing our home!
